John Buckley, Partner, Nixon Peabody, is a trial lawyer focused on mass tort and product liability, business tort and professional negligence and insurance coverage actions across the country. He represents public and private companies in the health care, food and beverage, consumer products and insurance industries.


Caitlin McGrath,Vice President of National Product Recall and Accidental Contamination Risk Consulting at Lockton Companies LLC, works with Lockton’s experts in London to help clients identify adverse exposure trends, provide world class insurance program design recommendations, and implement unique risk management tools to clients facing this exposure.
