Alex is the founder and CEO for W2O, a flavor technology firm for the past twelve years based in the USA. He specializes in creating Better Food with niche expertise in contemporary taste & smell neuroscience and state of art clean label plant-based sweeteners and flavors.
George Spatz has nearly two decades of experience representing food and beverage, dietary supplement, drug, cosmetic, software and technology, and medical device companies in supply-chain, intellectual property, and other business disputes.
Jennifer’s practice focuses on advertising, marketing, and regulatory compliance. She represents companies in investigations and actions brought by FDA, USDA, FTC, State Attorneys General, false and advertising class action demands, as well as in disputes between competitors and in National Advertising Division (NAD) challenges.
