Mentees

If you’re new to the food industry or stepping into a fresh role, this program is your gateway to personalized support. Gain valuable guidance from seasoned mentors who understand your challenges and are dedicated to helping you succeed. It’s more than mentorship—it’s a partnership focused on unlocking your potential and achieving your career aspirations with confidence.

The Member Mentor Program follows the same general schedule as the CSFS Scholarship Recipient Program, but with a different agenda.

The mentorship I received not only improved my technical skills but also boosted my confidence in engaging with corporate leadership. I am grateful for the time, dedication, and expertise that my mentor invested in my professional growth. I highly recommend the CSIFT Mentoring Program to anyone looking to develop their career and expand their industry knowledge.

The program is simple. Decide if you want to participate as a mentor or mentee based on where you are in your professional journey. Together, we can create a thriving network of food industry professionals who grow stronger through collaboration and shared knowledge.

I joined this mentorship program to help up and coming professionals navigate through the corporate space within food safety. After the experience, I think it was mutually beneficial. We both had different backgrounds and it was a very enjoyable experience.
