Bio for Morgan Berrington
Morgan grew up outside the city of Chicago and started cooking on a stepstool in her parents’ kitchen. Her passion for cooking and hospitality took her to the Culinary Institute of America to study culinary arts. After culinary school, she worked throughout NYC and Chicago specializing in restaurant management, training and development, and as a sommelier.
Morgan is also the founder of Fork My Life, a culinary and wellness blog, which she started as a place to share her adventures eating in restaurants and cooking at home. She was on a journey to lose weight and feel better and wanted to share her recipes and tips with her readers. Today, Fork My Life is a platform dedicated to beautiful, healthful, whole foods – in other words, food that tastes really good but won’t kill you. You can follow Morgan’s day-to-day cooking adventures on Instagram at forkmylifechi.
