Scheduled on a school holiday so we can start a little early! The expert pizzaiolo will kick things off with a live demonstration, sharing the secrets behind perfect wood-fired pizza dough—how to mix it, stretch it, and even toss it in the air! You’ll also learn what makes the perfect sauce and which tomatoes bring out the best flavors.

Then it’s your turn! In small or family groups, you will create your own pizzas—saucing, topping, and baking them to perfection in a wood-fired oven. Dinner is served with a fresh mixed green salad and a chef’s choice dessert to round out the delicious fun.

Great for families and food lovers of all ages (children must be 10+ to participate)
