Annual Symposium Call for Papers Closes Friday, April 26, 2024

Nutrition & Wellness - Exploring the Role of the Food Industry

You are invited to submit a paper to present at the Chicago Section IFT annual Symposium the morning of our annual Expo on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

We are specifically looking for:

• Opening panel keynote - 1 hour
• 45 minute sessions on topics related to any of the following
  • Food & Mood
  • Geriatric Nutrition
  • Diets, Psychology & the Alcoholic Beverage Industry
• Closing keynote - 1 hour

Selection Criteria

1. Relevance of topic
2. Alignment to theme
3. Experience level of speaker
4. Wide appeal of subject matter and speaker
5. Technical (versus marketing)
6. Presentation type
7. Connection with Chicago Section IFT
