About Your Booth
10’x10’ pipe and drape booth area with two 4’ or 6’ draped tables, two chairs, carpet, waste basket, and a standard booth sign. We need some more content here.
Pricing
The pricing for the 2026 Expo is determined by your choice of an inline or a corner booth.
- Inline booth: $900
- Corner booth: $950
If you reserve one inline booth and one corner booth, the cost is $1,850.
New Registration System
We are also moving to a great registration system produced by ExpoFP. The new registration system provides many new opportunities including:
- Add more company information such as your logo, videos, brochures, social media, and more.
- Add your logo on your booth on the Floor Plan
- Add your logo on the Scrolling Banner on Expo webpage – link to websites
- Add your logo on the Header on Expo Floor Plan
- Does your company name begin with a letter near the end of the alphabet? Add your company as a Featured Listings and jump to the top of the search bar!
- New attendee app allows attendees to conduct live exhibitor searches on their phones

Lead Retrieval for Exhibitors
For $175, track your leads! Scan the badges of your new connections at the show. Add comments to your leads and download them as a spreadsheet. Full attendee list still available after the show. One purchase per company can be accessed by multiple users at your booth.
