Taste of Chicago Beer Competition

Join us for a Taste of Chicago Beer Competition at the beautiful Brookfield Zoo – local area brewers will offer tastings of their most popular and seasonal brews for attendees to enjoy and judge!

Guests are invited to vote for their favorites by category: Flagship, Holiday / Seasonal, Brewers Choice. We will also have raffle tickets for purchase for a chance to win prizes provided by the submitting breweries – all proceeds will go to the Chicago IFT Scholarship fund.

We will feast at custom culinary stations and enjoy great company as we taste our way through our cities finest beers. Come celebrate the holidays, and Celebrate Chicago!

Enjoy responsibly: Uber is the preferred Designated Driver transport for this event. On-site Tutorials will be available.

Spanish Paella Station

Large paella display with a culinary chef cooking mussels and clams to order Grilled Chicken Breast, Spanish Chorizo, Miniature Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Tomatoes, Pimentos, Green Peas, Onions, Garlic, Saffron, Fresh Garden Herbs and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cuban Sandwich Station

Miniature Cuban style sandwiches grill to order by our culinary staff

Par-Baked French bread Sticks Filled with Sliced Roasted Pork Loin, Sliced Ham, Honey Mustard,
