The expert pizzaiolo will kick things off with a live demonstration\, sharing the secrets behind perfect wood-fired pizza dough—how to mix it\, stretch it\, and even toss it in the air! You’ll also learn what makes the perfect sauce and which tomatoes bring out the best flavors. \n\n\n\nThen it’s your turn! In small or family groups\, you will create your own pizzas—saucing\, topping\, and baking them to perfection in a wood-fired oven.
