Title: From Fax Machines to Emojis: Understanding Generational Differences at Work
Workplace dynamics have taken a jolt with the entrance of the “Millenial generation”. Many organizations have faced challenges integrating the values, needs and desires of three critical generations—Baby Boomers, Gen X and Millenials. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the typical definitions and characteristics of each generation (inside and outside of work), and how this can create conflict in the workplace. Attendees will emerge with a heightened awareness and understanding of these differences, leading to more productive teams and improved relationships.
