An Evening with Eli’s Cheesecake

Join us for an evening of Cheesecake and Fun at “Chicago’s Finest!” Marc Schulman, President of The Eli’s Cheesecake Company, Diana Moles, Vice President of Research & Development, Joyce Watford, Director of Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs , and Debbie Marchok, Vice President of Marketing, will be giving a sneak peek into the world of cheesecake. Learn more about the rich heritage of Eli’s Cheesecake, the process behind creating new products, and what it takes to become an award winning dessert. Enjoy a sampling of Eli’s legendary cheesecakes & desserts, including our Original Plain Cheesecake (the one that started it all), 2018 FABI Award-winning Florentine Honey Almond Bar, and Honest Abe Cheesecake (featured at the 2018 James Beard Awards Gala).
